ARIO MACHINE CRUSHER Impact crusher is designed for crushing operations through the rotation of the rotor. The Impact crushers  in models 100, 120, 180 and 240. Hs10 model is made by ARIO MACHINE for years and is still favourite .   It is designed and manufactured in the normal and jacked type, in both types of body it has the ability to be opened into two parts, which allows for the replacement of parts and operational upgrading of the machine. Another advantage of the machine is the presence of adjustment screws for the output load opening to control the sizing of sand and gravel.
Impact crushers are used as primary and secondary crushers in mineral processing and crushing lines. These crushers consist of a rotor with 2 to 6 rows of hammer blades that rotate at high speed. The role of the hammer blades is to throw the incoming load pieces (rocks and minerals) towards the inner wall of the crusher. A number of ribbed shields made of anti-wear alloys are installed on the inner wall of the crusher, which act as a barrier and the incoming load pieces are crushed by colliding with them. The speed of the blades is 15 to 50 meters per second. In crushers manufactured by ARIO MACHINE, the output load granulation can be easily adjusted by the crusher regulation system.
